Derek DeScioli

Derek DeScioli has over 20 years of experience in the industry. Derek began their career in 2001 as an Operations and Logistics Manager at Transistor Devices, Inc. In 2005, they moved to Alpha Technologies, Inc., where they served as Director Global Supply Chain and Product Management. In 2007, they were appointed VP, Global Operations and Supply Chain Mgmt at Soliant Energy. Derek then moved to 3M in 2010, where they held the position of Global Business Leader. In 2015, they joined IntraOp Medical Corporation as Chief Executive Officer and Vice President Global Sales. Most recently, in 2021, they became Chief Operating Officer of ZAP Surgical Systems, Inc.

Derek DeScioli obtained a Master of Engineering in Supply Chain Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology between 2004 and 2005. Derek also holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Rutgers University, which they completed between 1997 and 2001.
