Ross Mabon

Ross Mabon is an accomplished Chief Operating Officer with extensive experience in operational excellence and continuous improvement across various industries. Currently serving at Zapgo since October 2023, Ross previously held the same title at Egg, bp pulse, and GIBC Digital. Additionally, Ross has experience as Regional Head of OPEX UK and Poland at UBS, Senior Continuous Improvement Coach at BT, and Lean Leader at RBS, where significant transformations and cost efficiencies were achieved. Ross's career began at Sun Microsystems in roles including Business Improvement Manager and Manufacturing Engineer. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) with Honours in Manufacturing Engineering and Management from the University of Strathclyde and a Diploma in Management from The Open University.
