Brooke Kao

Brooke Kao is a seasoned professional in user experience and product design, currently serving as a Senior UX Researcher at Zapier since May 2022. Prior to this role, Brooke held various positions, including User Research Manager and Senior User Researcher at Tuft & Needle from November 2018 to May 2022, and cofounder of Guai Goods, which specializes in sustainable fashion. Other notable experiences include UX Designer at Olo, Product Manager at Bra Theory, and Product Designer at Philosophie Group Inc. Additionally, Brooke served as a User Interface Designer at Unison Agency and held earlier roles as Design Lead at the North American Star League and Print Designer for Art All Night. Brooke earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from American University and completed Front End Web Development at General Assembly.
