Matias Burni

Matias Burni is an experienced engineering manager with a strong background in software development, project management, and continuous delivery. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Zapier since February 2021, Matias leads a team focused on development experience and also oversees requirements for the production engineering group. Prior experience includes leading cloud integration teams at New Relic and managing projects for government systems at Sopra Steria. Matias has held several engineering and managerial roles at Intel Corporation, contributing to the Android Open Source Project and developing delivery frameworks. Matias began the career as a Java Programmer at HP and has a solid educational foundation with an MBA from EAE Business School, along with multiple certifications in project management and product ownership.
