Waimai Lo has a strong background in client services, ad operations, and campaign management in the digital advertising industry. With extensive experience at companies like Apple, Microsoft, and iotec Global, Waimai has played key roles in driving strategic initiatives and managing client relationships. Currently serving as the Director of Client Operations at Zapnito, Waimai leads efforts to power expert communities for intelligence-driven organizations. Prior to this, Waimai took an extended maternity leave to focus on professional development and private coaching engagements as a stay-at-home parent. Waimai holds a BA Hons in Marketing from the University of Greenwich.
