Ali Hassan

Ali Hassan has extensive experience in financial management and accounting, currently serving as the Head of the Central Accounts Department at Zarai Taraqiati Bank Ltd. since April 2007, where responsibilities include supervising units related to accounts, fixed assets, and policy, as well as financial reporting and the formulation of accounting policies. Previously, Ali held the position of Head of the Head Office Accounts Department, overseeing payroll, payment, and inter-branch reconciliations, alongside managing the Payroll Unit, which processes payments for over 5,000 employees. Prior to joining Zarai Taraqiati Bank Ltd., Ali worked at EY, progressing from Audit Senior to Audit Supervisor in the audit and assurance services department. Ali holds a Master of Banking & Finance from Federal Urdu University of Arts, Science & Technology, along with multiple qualifications in accounting and finance, including the Public Finance Accountant designation and a Certificate in Accounting & Finance from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan.
