Ramesh Mamgain

Ramesh Mamgain is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in various roles within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Head Chef and Indian Executive Chef at Zatisi Group since June 2014, Ramesh has honed expertise in Indian cuisine. Prior experience includes positions as Sous Chef at Pan India Food Solutions Pvt. Ltd. from January 2010 to June 2014, C.D.P at Hotel ONE Taichung from October 2006 to October 2009, and Chef De Partie at Landis Hotel & Suites from June 2006 to October 2009. Ramesh's career began at Renaissance Hotels as an Associate from August 2002 to September 2006, following a role as Commi at Taj Hotels in 2002, and an Industrial Trainee at Orchid Group in 2001. Ramesh holds a degree from the National Institute of Hotel Management and Tourism, completed between 2000 and 2002.
