Joeri van der Heijden has a strong background in digital marketing and sales. Joeri started their career as a Sales Advisor at Foto Klein in 2008 and later worked as a Market Researcher at USP Marketing Consultancy from 2011 to 2012. Joeri then joined ING Nederland as an Advisor, where they focused on meeting office KPIs and bringing in new clients from 2012 to 2013.

In 2014, Joeri became the Country Manager Benelux at Ennovators.com, where they devised successful digital marketing strategies for the Dutch and Belgian markets. This involved implementing SEM, affiliate and email marketing, social media, and PR, which resulted in significant year-on-year growth.

From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Senior Digital Marketing Manager at ME+EM Ltd, where they developed a customer acquisition and retention strategy, utilizing digital marketing channels such as SEM, display, email, social media, and affiliate partnerships. During their tenure, the company experienced a profitable year-on-year growth of 100%.

Joeri's most recent role has been at ZAVA, where they started in 2017 as the Senior Brand & Digital Marketing Manager for Superdrug Online Doctor. Joeri was responsible for the successful development and execution of the brand and marketing strategy for both online and offline activities. This included managing three external partners for paid media, CRO optimization, and SEO/content strategy. In October 2021, they were promoted to Head of Superdrug Partnership.

Throughout their career, Joeri has consistently demonstrated their ability to drive growth and achieve desired outcomes through strategic marketing and management skills.

Joeri van der Heijden has an extensive education history. Joeri started their academic journey at Het stedelijk Lyceum Zuid from 2000 to 2007. There, they pursued their VWO degree with a focus on Economie en Maatschappij (Economics and Society).

In 2007, Joeri moved on to Erasmus University Rotterdam for their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. Joeri completed this program in 2008, specializing in Bedrijfskunde (Business Administration).

Continuing their education in the field of marketing, Joeri enrolled at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences in 2009. Joeri pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General, which they successfully completed in 2012.

To further enhance their expertise, Joeri decided to pursue a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Marketing Communications. Joeri joined the University of Twente in 2013 and completed this program in 2015.

Joeri's educational background demonstrates a clear focus on marketing and business administration, providing him with a diverse knowledge base in these fields.
