Jennifer Brush is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and management. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Success for Enterprise and MidMarket at Zayo Group since September 2022, Jennifer previously held senior leadership roles at Verizon Connect, including Senior Director of Customer Success and Manager of Customer Success, as well as a Telematics Product Manager position. Jennifer's early career included various roles at Verizon Wireless, ranging from General Manager to Sales Manager. Additionally, Jennifer worked as a Health Coach at Herbalife. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in communications from Bradley University, earned between 1999 and 2003.
