Michael Y. Liu, CFA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the trading of Asset-Backed Securities (ABS) and Collateralized Debt Obligations (CDO). Currently serving as Managing Director at Guggenheim Securities since February 2011, Michael has progressed through various roles within the firm, including Director, Vice President, and Associate. Prior to Guggenheim, Michael worked as an Analyst in Omnium Knowledge Management at Citadel LLC from July 2008 to February 2011 and gained research experience as a Research Analyst at Brighton House Associates in mid-2007. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Chicago, earned in 2009.
