Steven L. Dean

Steven L. Dean is a seasoned sales and business development professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as Sales Director at Zayo Group since June 2023, Steven previously held the position of Business Development Leader as an Independent Consultant from October 2022 to June 2023. Prior to that, during a distinguished career at AT&T from May 1985 to October 2022, Steven rose to the role of Director of Sales and Business Development - Partner Management within the AT&T Partner Exchange, where responsibilities included leading an indirect channel segment that generated $38 million in annual revenue and successfully closing partner deals that added over $12 million in revenue. Steven also served as a Strategic Sales Manager in AT&T Wholesale and held various roles in Sales and Marketing Management in the Direct Distribution Segment. Steven’s strong performance is evidenced by a consistent track record of exceeding sales targets, including achieving 115% of annual goals. Educational background includes attendance at Pensacola State College.
