Alexander Springer

Alexander Springer is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in various executive roles. Currently serving as CEO of Soley since December 2021, Alexander is also the Founder of Randa Ventures GmbH and Co-Founder and Chairman of ZEALAXX AG, roles held since November 2019 and July 2019, respectively. Previously, Alexander held the position of Global Head of the CPM Center of Excellence at Unit4 from August 2016 to June 2019, after serving as CEO and Founder of Unit4 Prevero from October 1994 to June 2019. Additionally, Alexander contributed as a Non-Executive Partner at smartPM.solutions GmbH from September 2019 to March 2020. Educationally, Alexander has pursued advanced studies at Harvard Business School and IMD, alongside obtaining a degree from Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg. Early education was completed at Gymnasium Miesbach.
