Theresa Banken

Theresa Banken has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Theresa began their career as a Kauffrau für Versicherungen und Finanzen at Alte Leipziger Lebensversicherung a.G. from 2011 to 2014. Theresa then worked as a Werkstudentin at Clifford Chance LLP from 2014 to 2015. From 2016 to 2017, they served as a Werkstudentin im Human Resources at Cypress Semiconductor Corporation. Theresa later joined zeb consulting in 2017, working as a Praktikantin im Human Resources from August to December 2017, followed by being a Bachelorandin und Werkstudentin im Human Resources from January to March 2018. Theresa Banken then moved to Deloitte Deutschland in 2018 and held various roles, including Personalreferentin from April 2018 to March 2019, Referentin Recruiting & HR Marketing from April 2019 to June 2020, and Senior Referentin Recruiting & HR Marketing from June 2020 to August 2021. Theresa returned to zeb consulting in August 2021 as an IT Recruiting Managerin and is currently the Head of Talent Attraction (in shared leadership) starting from March 2023.

Theresa continued their academic journey by pursuing a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management between 2018 and 2020. In 2021, they obtained an additional qualification for Ausbildereignung from IHK Nord Westfalen.
