Fredrik Haugen Larsen has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Fredrik Haugen started their career at IKEA Group as an employee in the Self-service department, where they handled customer service, order requisitions, and basic logistics. Fredrik Haugen then transitioned to Subgarden Studio, where they worked as a Producer & Sound Engineer, responsible for producing, arranging, composing, recording, and mixing music. Following that, Fredrik joined Ambolt Audio as a Sound Designer and Sound Recordist/Mix Engineer.

In 2011, they joined NRK as a Program Assistant at Nattønsket, NRK P1, where they worked until 2014. Fredrik then became a part of Conor Patrick & The Shooting Tsar Orchestra, where they contributed their skills until 2016.

Fredrik Haugen further pursued a Master's Degree in Informatics, specializing in Software (previously MMI), from the same university between 2012 and 2014. Additionally, Fredrik has obtained certifications in CMAS ** Diving from CMAS and Fundamentals from Global Underwater Explorers.
