Clint Chetcuti

With primary focus on international corporate restructuring, tax compliance and fintech related services. As the Managing Director of AlleyBe Group, he is responsible for managing the Malta Office and assisting international business clients on a broad range of matters including but not limited to corporate restructuring, fiduciary and domiciliation services and tax and accounting related matters. Furthermore, he is also approved by the Authority to assist promoters with the setting up of their Fintech business in Malta including obtaining a VFA service license. He started his financial services career with PricewaterhouseCoopers Malta where he was involved in leading several major audit engagements both locally and internationally. Later he moved to an international corporate and trustee service provider licensed in Malta where he was the Managing Director of the Malta Office responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate and trust clients. Clint is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in Malta. He is also a member of The Institute of Financial Services Practitioners and The Malta Institute of Management.
