Edgar Otten

Edgar manages the daily operations in Curaçao to ensure seamless delivery of the Fund services.

Edgar supports the onboarding of new clients and provides guidance, advice and support on all aspects of service delivery.

He works closely with onboarding, fund accounting (focus), investor relations, compliance, and IT teams to ensure efficient, accurate and timely delivery to clients. Edgar also ensures internal procedures and policies are up to date to optimise daily operations.

Edgar joined ZEDRA as part of the acquisition of Atlas Fund Services. He has over 25 years’ experience in investment banking, fund accounting and corporate accounting after having worked for multiple financial service providers in various leadership positions.

Edgar started his fund services career at CITCO and has experience administering in a large range of complex structures and asset classes. Ranging from billion-dollar Hedge Funds to complex multi-jurisdictional private equity fund structures.

In his 25 year career he has also has gained significant experience in all aspects of corporate accounting (budgets, forecasting, reporting, projects, taxes) and migration of accounting platforms and ERP systems.
