Eduardo D’angelo P Silva

Eduardo heads the Cayman Corporate and Management Services business. He is a banking and finance professional with over 30 years’ management, compliance and internal control experience; much of it in the offshore finance industry. Eduardo has been actively involved in representing the Cayman Islands financial industry previously serving as president of the Cayman Islands Bankers Association, chairman of Cayman Finance and as Honorary Consul of Brazil in the Cayman Islands. Eduardo serves on the boards of a number of client entities.

Eduardo started his banking career with Banco Itaú and Banco Crefisul in Brazil, prior to becoming Managing Director of the offshore banking arm of Sul America de Seguros Group, a leading financial and insurance group in Brazil and Latin America. He has been a frequent speaker at conferences in Cayman and overseas, on topics related to compliance, regulation and development of the offshore financial industry.

He is an accredited director and an Anti-Money Laundering Associate and is a member of the Cayman Islands Directors Association and the Cayman Islands Compliance Association.
