Arunava Konar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the broadcasting and IT sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Broadcast Systems & IT at Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited since February 2017, Arunava has been instrumental in integrating television broadcasting with AI-driven content and OTT platforms. This role involves leading cross-functional teams to pioneering projects that enhance viewer experiences and innovate content delivery and business models. Prior to this, Arunava held key positions, including Deputy Vice President at Dishtv India Ltd and Assistant Manager at Network Eighteen Ltd, and started a career as a Network Executive at Sahara India TV Network. Arunava holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from The University of Burdwan.
