Kieran George has a diverse work history with experience in various industries and roles. Kieran is the Founder of Motive Group, a company that offers flexible solutions for start-ups and scale-ups to hire exceptional talent, specializing in technology recruitment. Kieran is also the Co-Founder of Recensus, a company that helps businesses embrace AI technologies. Kieran has worked as the Head of Talent (Interim) for both Ted's Health and Zeelo, where they built exceptional teams. Prior to that, they worked at Hanover Recruitment as a Principal Consultant, Tech Team Manager, and Senior Recruitment Consultant, specializing in technology and executive hires. Kieran started their career as a Recruiter at Tech Recruit. Additionally, Kieran has experience as a Marketing Manager at Town Centre Restaurants Ltd and as the Founder of The Marketing Solution. Kieran also co-founded Party Leeds Ltd, where they managed a team and organized student events.
