Paranthaman Chinniah has over 20 years of work experience in the technology and customer success industries. In 2021, they are the Director of Customer Success at Zeemart. Paranthaman Chinniah has an education history beginning with a Specialist Diploma in International Trading from Singapore Management University, where they studied International Business/Trade/Commerce from 2017 to 2018. Paranthaman also holds a Diploma in Multimedia from Cosmopoint Institute of Information Technology, which they obtained from 1998 to 1999. Paranthaman has also obtained a Business Analytics for Strategic Decision certification from NUS Business School in January of 2022.
