Ville Laurikari

Ville Laurikari has a strong background in technology and leadership roles. Ville is currently the Co-Founder and CTO of Zefort since August 2017. Prior to that, they founded and served as the CEO of PressRush starting from May 2014. Ville also worked at www.scoopshot.com as a General Specialist with a focus on technology from October 2010 to April 2016.

Before joining the startup scene, Ville held various positions at Tectia Corporation, including Vice President of R&D from May 2009 to January 2011, Director of Architecture and Platforms from December 2008 to May 2009, Senior Development Manager from June 2004 to December 2008, and Senior Software Engineer from April 2001 to June 2004.

Ville started their career as a Research Assistant in the HiBase project at Helsinki University of Technology, where they worked until March 2001. Ville also gained experience as a Software Engineer at Stonesoft and Netcontrol Oy in 1998 and 1997, respectively.

Ville Laurikari pursued their education from 1995 to 2001 at Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan. Ville obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Computer Science during this period.
