Mr. Anderson has 15 years of service delivery and business development in the human capital, training, and management markets. As the Federal Division Director, he is responsible for managing and developing a contract portfolio of business within the Federal government market. Mr. Anderson previously served as the Director for Corporate Development, where he was responsible for bringing Zeiders’ quality of life services to new clients and partners through innovative plans utilizing both short- and long-term growth strategies. Mr. Anderson’s passion for Service members and their families is a result of 30 years of military service as an Infantry Officer. Beginning as a Rifle Platoon Leader through Commanding General, he served in Mechanized, Airborne, Ranger, Light, Engineer, Joint and Department of the Army level organizations. His career culminated as the Commanding General of the Army Human Resources Command. Before coming to Zeiders, Mr. Anderson provided consulting services and served as Vice President for the Military Personnel Business Unit, Defense Business Group at one of the world’s leading service companies, where he successfully managed a team executing global delivery contracts and meeting growth objectives. Mr. Anderson holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Masters of Management degree from Webster University. He attended The Executive Program at the University of Virginia’s Darden Business School.
