Jerry Baum

Jerry Baum is an experienced IT professional with a focus on infrastructure and operations, currently serving as the Director of Information Technology, Infrastructure at Zekelman Industries since June 2004. With a career spanning multiple roles at Zekelman, including Senior Manager and Manager, Jerry has overseen international IT infrastructure teams, managing teams responsible for security, server administration, virtualization, and help desk services across 22 sites in the US and Canada, supporting a substantial user base. Previous experience includes a position as Level III Computer Support Technician at Gateway Inc. and Project Development Manager at ACV Power Corporation. Jerry holds a BA in Communication from Pennsylvania State University-Erie Campus and has further education in Microsoft Networking from Pittsburgh Technical College.
