Bill Jackson

Bill Jackson is an experienced firearms instructor and technology integrator specializing in explosive ordnance disposal and counter-improvised explosive device operations. Currently serving as a firearms instructor and consultant at Swift Defense since December 2015, Bill has also held roles at Zel Technologies LLC and previously with Weston Solutions, Inc., and the U.S. Army. Bill’s expertise includes developing training for units on recognizing improvised explosive devices, conducting tactical field training, maintaining EOD equipment, and integrating advanced technologies for counter-IED operations. Bill's military background encompasses extensive experience in explosive ordnance disposal, including real-world applications in Operation Iraqi Freedom, where Bill demonstrated leadership and technical proficiency in neutralizing explosive threats. Bill's education includes certifications from the Northern Virginia Security Academy and Mercer University Police Academy.
