Carrie Stevens

Carrie Stevens has extensive experience in quality assurance and strategic management. Carrie currently serves as the Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships at Zelis, where they are responsible for partner relationships and integrating Sapphire products with partnership solutions. Prior to this, Carrie worked at Sapphire Digital as the Senior Director of Services, leading client delivery teams and contributing to process improvement efforts. Carrie also held positions at Vitals as the Director of Quality Assurance, overseeing product implementations for major healthcare insurance companies, and at WebMD as the QA Automation Manager. Carrie began their career as a QA Analyst and later became a Quality Assurance Specialist at Business Edge Solutions.

Carrie Stevens obtained a BS in Business Administration and Management, General from Montclair State University, where they studied from 1994 to 1998.
