Colin Smith

Colin Smith has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Colin most recently worked at Zelis as the Sr. Director of Talent and previously held the role of Director of Technology Talent. Before that, Colin worked at Aurora Flight Sciences Corporation as a Talent Acquisition Manager and Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner, focusing on recruiting technical professionals. Colin also worked at MedAcuity Software as a Project Development Specialist and at Aerotek as a Sr. Account Manager and Technical Recruiter. Colin began their career as an intern at Computer Storage Contractors, where they provided assistance to the CEO.

Colin Smith earned a Bachelor's degree in Global Supply Chain Management from Clarkson University, where they attended from 2007 to 2011. Colin also obtained a certification in Strategic Talent Acquisition from the Human Capital Institute in May 2023.
