Lidia Klemetsrud

Lidia Klemetsrud, PMP, has a strong background in project management and leadership roles. Lidia is currently working as the Director of Customer Experience at Zelis since March 2023. Prior to this, Lidia held various positions at Payspan, Inc. from 2011 to 2023, including VP PMO and CORE Product Manager, Vice President of Project Management Office (PMO), and Senior Project Manager, PMP. In these roles, they directed and oversaw the PMO, developed and implemented processes and policies, managed project management staff, and worked closely with other department leaders to define and develop projects and programs. Lidia also has experience as a Project Manager at ACS, a Xerox Company and PaySpan, Inc., and as a Project Lead/System Analyst Lead at ACS. Lidia began their career as a Senior Management Analyst at FBMC. Additionally, Lidia has certifications in Product Management: Building a Product Roadmap from LinkedIn and is a certified PMP from the Project Management Institute.
