Megan Olson

Megan Olson has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2006, they co-owned the Passport Pals Language Program until 2009. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as an Event Coordinator at Create A Memory Foundation. Following that, they worked as a Legal Assistant at Zamansky Professional Association from 2005 to 2010. In 2010, they transitioned into the technology industry as a Technology Solutions Consultant at Minnesota Office Technology Group (MOTG) until 2011. In 2011, they joined Groupon as an Account Executive / Sales Representative and later worked their way up to roles such as Merchant Escalations Specialist, Manager of Merchant Fraud, and Senior Global Operations Specialist in the Risk Operations department. From 2016 to 2022, they held various roles at Groupon, culminating in their role as Director of Global Risk. In 2023, they joined Zelis as the Senior Director of Payee Identification and Network Security.

Megan Olson earned their BA in Entrepreneurship and Spanish from the University of St. Thomas in 2006. Megan also studied Spanish and Business at the Spanish-American Institute in Seville, Spain in 2004.
