Kevin Coulson

Kevin Coulson has a diverse work experience in the field of additive manufacturing and engineering. Kevin is currently working at Zellerfeld Shoe Company Inc. as a Research and Development Engineer, where they are responsible for developing an experimental FDM extrusion system to scale 3D printing for high volume consumer products. Prior to this, they worked as an Additive Manufacturing Engineer at Fabric8Labs for a year, focusing on additive manufacturing technologies. Kevin also served as a Graduate Student Researcher at the University of California, Berkeley, specializing in Computed Axial Lithography (CAL) from 2020 to 2022. Before that, they were a Lead Undergraduate Researcher in the same field at UC Berkeley College of Engineering from 2018 to 2020. Kevin has also gained experience through internships at companies like Formlabs, polySpectra, Airwolf 3D, and MIND Research Institute, where they worked on various engineering and 3D printing projects. Kevin Coulson completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley from 2016 to 2020. In addition to their degrees, Kevin obtained a certification for their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley in May 2020.
