Anej Placer

Anej Placer worked as a Software Engineer for Zemanta, an Outbrain company, from March 2018 to the present. Prior to that, they were self-employed as a Software Developer from February 2015 to March 2018. Anej also worked at Modri Planet as a Software Engineer from June 2013 to July 2014. During their time at Modri Planet, they designed and developed a flagship desktop application using C++ and Qt framework, created a 3D graphics engine with OpenGL and GLSL shaders, and implemented orthophoto generation and merging algorithms using OpenCV, Eigen, and OpenMP.

Anej Placer obtained a Master's degree in computer science from the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Computer and Information Science, completing their studies between 2014 and 2016. Prior to this, they also earned a Bachelor's degree in computer science from the same institution. No specific field of study is provided for either degree.
