Hillina Debebe has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Hillina started their career as a Trainee Banker at NIB International Bank in 2010 before moving on to become a Junior Programmer. Hillina then worked as a Programmer/System Analyst at Addis International Bank from 2012 to 2013. In 2013, Hillina joined World Vision as an ICT Service Desk Administrator and later transitioned into the role of Service Desk Administrator. Hillina worked at World Vision until 2014. Hillina then joined Zemen Bank S.C. in 2015 as a Risk and Compliance Officer before taking on a role as a Software and Core Banking Support Officer. Hillina also has experience as a Junior Engineer at ZTE and as a Programer at HiLCoE School of Computer Science and Technology.
Hillina Debebe completed their Master of Science (MSc) degree in Software Engineering from HiLCoE School of Computer Science and Technology from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science from the same institution, HiLCoE School of Computer Science And Technology, from 2005 to 2008. In addition to their degrees, they also obtained the ITIL Foundation certification in October 2013.
