Jason Sutherland

Jason Sutherland has worked in the finance and accounting field since 2003. Jason began their career as a Controller at The Hain Celestial Group, then moved to Wastequip Manufacturing Company in 2007. In 2008, they became the Director of Accounting Operations at Internet Brands, where they designed and tested policies and procedures to become SOX compliant and integrated six companies within 3 months. In 2009, they took on the role of VP Finance and Administration at Popchips, Inc, where they negotiated two new bank facilities and supervised and prepared due diligence during the process to bring on a new private equity firm. In 2017, they became the Chief Financial Officer at SmartyPants Vitamins, and then moved to Ashoc Beverage and Muse Nutrition in 2019. Jason is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Zen Beverages, LLC.

Jason Sutherland obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Northern Arizona University in 1991, majoring in Accounting and Finance. Jason then went on to earn an MBA from the University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business in 2001. In addition, they hold a CMA certification.
