Mark Laurie

Mark Laurie has extensive experience in corporate governance and legal affairs, currently serving as Company Secretary & Counsel at ZEN Energy since November 2015. Previously, Mark held positions including General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at InterOil Corporation from August 2007 to July 2012, and General Manager of Corporate, Investor Relations & Towns, and Company Secretary at Lihir Gold Limited from July 2003 to January 2007. Additionally, Mark was Vice President of Investor Relations and Company Secretary at F.H. Faulding & Co. Limited from August 1996 to January 2002. Academically, Mark earned a Master's degree in Arts (Asia-Pacific Studies) from The Australian National University in 2015 and holds Bachelor's degrees in Economics and Law from the University of Adelaide.
