Currently serving as a People Development Co-Ordinator at Zen Internet since January 2009, Karen previously held roles such as Business Development Manager for Allianz Animal Health Division, focusing on increasing insured client bases among veterinary and charity accounts. Prior to that, Karen worked as a Regional Trainer & Merchandiser at Psion, enhancing product visibility through retail training in the North of England and Scotland. A background in retail management was established with Shell, where responsibilities included site management and training new Retail Managers.
