Mark Titman has a diverse work experience. Mark started their career at Lancaster City Council as a Parks Attendant in June 2011. Mark then worked as a Field Marketer at infinite Group from October 2011 to February 2012. Following this, they became a Showroom Manager at Bathstore from March 2012 to July 2013.
Mark joined Zen Internet in July 2013 as a Customer Service Executive, where they handled non-technical queries and ensured customer satisfaction by using appropriate escalation routes. Mark also liaised with third-party suppliers to ensure smooth processes. In November 2015, they transitioned to the role of a Technical Support Consultant.
From May 2016 to April 2018, Mark took on the role of Provisioning Co-Ordinator at Zen Internet. Here, they were responsible for processing client orders and coordinating with various suppliers for prompt installations. In April 2018, they were promoted to the position of Channel Account Manager, where they managed relationships with channel partners. Most recently, Mark has been working as a Regional Account Manager at Zen Internet.
Mark Titman attended Bluecoat School in Oldham from 1986 to 1992, where they obtained their GCSE in Mathematics. After completing their secondary education, they enrolled at Drc training from 1992 to 1994. At Drc training, they earned an NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Computer Programming, specifically focusing on Applications.
