Martin O'Donnell

Martin O'Donnell has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies.

Martin currently holds the position of Board Trustee at Springhill Hospice since January 2022.

Prior to that, O'Donnell worked at Zen Internet from 2013 to 2022. Martin served as the Managing Director for Zen Business, Managing Director for the Corporate and Mid-Market Division, and Head of Managed Services. In their role as Head of Managed Services, they were responsible for developing and growing Zen Internet's Managed Services business, ensuring excellent service delivery to new and existing customers.

From 2007 to 2013, O'Donnell worked at Phoenix (IT Infrastructure Services), where they held the roles of Hosting and Cloud Services Director and Sales Director for Solutions & Hosting. Martin played a key role in creating the hosting division as a separate line of business at Phoenix IT Group. Additionally, they managed a sales team and exceeded sales targets.

Earlier in their career, O'Donnell worked at ICM as the Operations Director for Netserv. Martin successfully grew the business and transformed it from loss-making to profitable within a year.

Overall, O'Donnell has demonstrated expertise in managing teams, developing businesses, and delivering outstanding service in the IT services industry.

Martin O'Donnell attended The University of Huddersfield from 1980 to 1984, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Marketing (Engineering).
