Stu Drake has a diverse work experience in the technical support and project management fields. Stu began their career in 2005 at A-Novo UK Ltd, where they worked as a Technical Engineer, utilizing various skills and equipment to diagnose and repair digital set-top boxes. Stu was later promoted to the role of Kaizen Coordinator, where they implemented continuous improvement strategies to enhance the Video-communications department's overall productivity.

In 2008, Stu joined Zen Internet as a Technical Support Services Consultant. In this role, they provided premium support to a wide range of customers through telephone and email, assisting with DSL, leased lines, and web-hosting products. Stu then progressed to the position of Technical Support Team-Senior, delivering exemplary levels of support and proactively sharing knowledge with colleagues. Stu's leadership abilities led him to become a Technical Support Team Leader on a secondment basis, where they managed a phone-based technical support team, conducted performance reviews, and developed team members.

Stu's dedication and expertise led to him being appointed as a Technical Support Team Coach, where they focused on developing technical staff through coaching and knowledge sharing. Stu subsequently returned to their previous role as a Technical Support Team Senior. Finally, Stu's most recent position at Zen Internet is that of Associate Project Manager, and they are currently working as a Project Manager as well.

Stu Drake completed their secondary education at Wardle High School from 1997 to 2004, where they earned their GCSE / A-Level in Information Technology. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained various qualifications from LinkedIn and Udemy.
