Amy Byer

Amy Byer is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Director of HR at Zencity since February 2022. Previously, Amy held the role of Senior Human Resources Manager at Trinity Life Sciences, where responsibilities included leading HR integration post-acquisition and conducting feedback sessions for senior leadership. Prior roles include HR Manager at CBPartners, where Amy enhanced performance management and developed COVID-19 policies, and Senior Associate at Willis Towers Watson, providing consulting on talent management and compliance. Additional experience includes significant roles at Bates White Economic Consulting, Nonprofit HR Solutions, and Westside Family Healthcare. Amy holds a Master’s Degree in Management with a specialization in Human Resources from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from the University of Delaware.
