Mauricio Barceló has worked in the software development industry since 2005. In 2021, they began working as a Backend Developer for both ZenData and Talpor. In 2016, they were a Software Architect for Tremé TyS, where they developed and maintained the system's architecture, created and implemented complementary tools, and acted as a sysadmin for production and development servers. From 2013 to 2021, they worked as a Python/Android Developer for himself, developing both backends and frontends for various systems. In 2012, they were the owner of SiminApps, where they created social applications for Android devices, resulting in two million downloads in the Google Play Store. In 2011, they worked as an HTML5 Game Developer for Gameloft. In 2010, they were a Platform Engineer for Minor Studios, developing the website www.atmosphir.com. Finally, from 2005 to 2011, they worked for Gameloft as a Team Leader and Mobile Developer. As Team Leader, they planned tasks, tracked projects, and trained the studio in J2ME, Java, Python, and Android technologies. As Mobile Developer, they ported games to cell phones using J2ME, Android, Windows Mobile, and BlackBerry technologies. Mauricio also acted as a technical consultant for the Buenos Aires studio.
Mauricio Barceló attended the University of Buenos Aires from 2000 to 2006. Mauricio then attended UADE from 2009 to 2011.
