Ashish Dhawan is currently the Vice President of Deal Strategy at Zendesk. Prior to that, Dhawan worked at Salesforce for 9 years in various roles including Regional Vice President. Ashish also has experience at EY, SAP, Vodafone, and airtel, where Ashish held positions such as Performance Improvement Advisory and Configuration Manager. Dhawan holds an MBA in Finance & Strategy from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Telecommunications from Pune University. Throughout their career, Ashish has been involved in strategic customer engagement, business value services, and value engineering for large enterprise clients.
