Coraetta Smith, MBA, PMP, CSM, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and technology management. Currently serving as Chief of Staff and Senior Director at Zendesk, Coraetta focuses on establishing systems and processes that support the company's ambitious growth. Prior to this role, Coraetta worked as a Chief of Staff and IT Operations Consultant at CVSmith Consulting, where several transformational technology initiatives were led. Coraetta is also an entrepreneurial Dessert Artist, having founded Coraetta’s Couture Desserts, and held the position of Director of IT Global Applications Delivery at Adobe, leading a sizable team and implementing key technology solutions. Coraetta holds an MBA in International/Global Management from Duke University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
