Gary Aliff

Gary Aliff is an experienced technology leader currently serving as Vice President Employee Experience Systems, IT Services, & IT PMO at Zendesk since October 2018. In this role, Gary oversees a team of over 50 IT Operations professionals across multiple countries, managing diverse areas such as Service Desk, Hardware & Endpoint Management, and Network Management. Prior to Zendesk, Gary held senior leadership positions at Gap Inc. and L Brands, where responsibilities included establishing internal Salesforce practices and leading extensive project portfolios in retail technology. Gary began a career at Compuware Corporation, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
