Jon Aniano

Jon Aniano possesses extensive experience in product management and leadership within the technology sector. Currently serving as SVP Product for CRM Applications at Zendesk since August 2019, Jon previously held the position of Chief Product Officer at Copper Inc. from January 2018 to June 2019. Jon's career highlights include a significant tenure at Salesforce, where roles included Senior Vice President of Product Management and VP of Product Management focused on the Service Cloud. Prior to Salesforce, Jon contributed as COO and Vice President of Products at Activa Live Chat, and similarly at Active Media Architects. Jon began in the industry as a Customer Service Technical Consultant at Employee Leasing Services, developing CRM systems.
