Mehrzad Kootar is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in pre-sales engineering and technical architecture. Currently serving as the Global Director of PreSales Architects & Demo Engineering at Zendesk, Mehrzad leads a global team to drive technical design and strategies for complex sales opportunities. Previous roles at Zendesk included Global Sr Manager and Global Manager, where responsibilities focused on architecting solutions to achieve technical wins. Prior experience includes positions at Oracle, Syniverse, Carnegie Mellon University, and Infosys, with a strong emphasis on user experience design, business intelligence, and process optimization. Mehrzad holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics from Walchand College of Engineering.
