Roel Copon

Roel Copon, DipIR, currently serves as an Employee Relations Consultant for APAC at Zendesk, starting in October 2024. Previously, Roel held multiple human resources roles at Enshored from September 2020 to October 2024, including Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Officer, focusing on employee and labor relations, HR compliance, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration. Roel began the HR career as an HR/Recruitment Assistant at GlobalSync Business Solutions, where responsibilities included overseeing HR administration and employee relations, and served as HR Department Officer-in-Charge between 2019 and 2020. Early experience also includes a Store Supervisor position at Robico Food Enterprise and a human resources role at GlobalSync Business Solutions. Roel is pursuing a Master's in Industrial Relations at the University of the Philippines Diliman, having previously obtained a Diploma in Industrial Relations from the same institution and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Eulogio "Amang" Rodriguez Institute of Science and Technology.
