Yatish Bathini

Yatish Bathini is an experienced Engineering Manager at Zendesk, overseeing a team of 7 engineers focused on the reliability roadmap of the Zendesk Chat platform since June 2015. Previous roles within Zendesk include Team Lead, Staff Software Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, and Software Engineer, where Yatish contributed significantly to infrastructure improvements and architectural decisions for the Chat platform, as well as developing key features for enterprise markets. Prior to Zendesk, Yatish held internships at Minematic Pte. Ltd. and Xilinx, gaining valuable experience in software development and automation testing. Yatish holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from the National University of Singapore and participated in a Student Exchange Programme at Delft University of Technology.
