Eusebio Quinones

Eusebio Quinones has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Eusebio started their career in 1994 with the US Navy where they worked as a Maintenance Material Control Officer/AMO until 2005. In 2006, they joined FRCSW as a Field Services Deputy Program Manager, where they served until 2009. In 2009, they became the Director of Foreign Military Sales at Zenetex.

Eusebio Quinones completed their education journey with a Masters of Science degree in Technical Management (with a focus on Project Management and Organizational Management) from the Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering, graduating in 2018. Before that, they earned a Masters of Science degree in HR/Business Management from Chapman University, which they completed between 1998 and 2001. Eusebio's Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation Management was obtained from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, where they studied from 1990 to 1994.

In addition to their academic achievements, Eusebio also obtained a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB) certification from Villanova University in August 2016.
