Laine Mella has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2014, they began their career as a Customer Service Representative at Harte Hanks, where they worked until 2016. Laine then moved on to William Hill Services Bulgaria, also as a Customer Service Representative, for a brief period in 2016. Afterwards, Laine joined Teleperformance in the same role, assisting customers with their credit card accounts and processing payments. In 2018, they worked at Ista Personnel Solution as a Customer Service Representative. In 2019, Laine joined Bab Accounting and Bookkeeping Services as an Accounting Staff, responsible for various tasks such as welcoming and greeting guests, monitoring emails and phone calls, performing data entry, managing records, and coordinating with clients. Currently, Laine is working at Zenex Partners, starting in 2021 as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, before moving on to become a Healthcare Recruiter. At Zenex Partners, they are currently serving as a Manager Inside Sales, showcasing their growth and progress within the company.

Laine Mella obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Western Mindanao State University. Laine studied from 2010 to 2014, focusing on Political Science and Government during their time at the university.
