Miguel Mendes

Miguel Mendes is a seasoned Senior Product Designer with extensive experience in designing user-centered applications and interfaces. Currently, at Format since April 2016 and also with Zenfolio, Inc. since January 2022, Miguel has successfully led design initiatives for the Format iOS app and executed an interface overhaul for the Format Web App. Additionally, Miguel pioneered the Workflow feature to enhance photographer-client collaboration and developed an Email Templates framework for Zenfolio. With prior roles as Lead Product Designer at Tradiio and User Experience Designer at ACT_DIGITAL, Miguel's expertise spans user research, interaction design, and visual design. Miguel also contributes to the design community as a mentor at adplist.org and has experience as an Invited Lecturer at the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Lisbon. Miguel holds a Master's degree in Design and Multimedia from Universidade de Coimbra and has participated in international studies at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
