Richard Miniter has a diverse work experience, primarily in the fields of writing, publishing, and media. Richard started their career as a Policy Analyst at the Competitive Enterprise Institute in 1990 and worked there until 1992. In 2000, they joined The Wall Street Journal as an Editorial Page Writer and stayed until 2001. Miniter then became an Author at Regnery Publishing from 2003 to 2005. In 2008, they worked as a Vice President at The Washington Times for a year. In 2012, Miniter founded the American Media Institute and served as the Founder and CEO until 2019. Currently, they are the Chief Executive Officer of Zenger, a position they have held since 2019.
Richard Miniter attended Vassar College from 1986 to 1990, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy.
